DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS FOR AN EXCHANGE?

Please note that we do not accept returns for exchanges or refunds. We kindly urge all customers to carefully review product listings and size information before placing an order to avoid discrepancies.


DO YOU ACCEPT ORDER CANCELLATIONS?

Customers may request an order cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order. However, this does not guarantee approval, as our fulfillment center processes orders quickly. We will first verify whether the order has already been shipped — if not, we will proceed with the cancellation.

To request a cancellation, please email us at info@gimmesun.com, and we will respond as soon as possible.


DO YOU ACCEPT REFUND REQUESTS?

We do not accept refund requests once an order has been shipped. We will always keep customers informed of any shipping delays.

 

A refund or reshipment will only be considered if:

  • The product received is completely different from what was ordered (e.g., wrong item, size, or color).

  • The item is unused and in original condition.

  • The refund request is made within 5 days of receiving the package.

 

If you received a wrong or damaged product, please contact our support team at info@gimmesun.com with the following details:

  • Your reason for the refund or reshipment request

  • Photo(s) or video of the item received

  • Your order number

Once we receive your email, we will get back to you within 24 hours. If your request is approved, we will reship the correct product free of charge. Please note that we do not offer full refunds under these conditions.


MISSING PACKAGE BUT MARKED DELIVERED?

We do not offer refunds for orders marked as delivered by the tracking system, but not received by the customer. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for package theft or delivery issues outside of our control.
